Delivery
We advise a delivery time of two to three weeks for all our products. Where ever we can we do try to send items before this. It is perfectly possible that you may get your product before this time, but as many of the products we sell are made to order to your requirements, in particular the duvets / pillows and toppers we do not have everything in stock. We would rather say a longer delivery time and come in under that than quote a shorter time and leave you disappointed. As this makes things tricky for you we have provided a delivery instructions section in the check out section for you to leave instructions for the courier if you aren’t at home such as ‘Please leave with no. 47’ or ‘Please put in the greenhouse’ etc.
Deliveries on all orders to the UK mainland are free. Prices to Northern Ireland / Ireland and other parts of the UK are worked out on an individual basis, as are orders to other parts of the world please enquire at info@fortwinkz.co.uk
Returns
We are confident that you will be happy with your product, but in the event that something has gone wrong please let us know as soon as possible, at info@fortywinkz.co.uk Hopefully we will be able to rectify a problem quickly and easily, but in the unlikely event that you need to send something back to us we would expect it to be in it’s original packaging, undamaged, unsoiled and unused. This of course is with the exception of faulty merchandise. For health and safety reasons we cannot accept the exchange or return of duvets/mattresses toppers/pillows/bed linen/ protectors or any other bedding which has been opened and used.
If you intend to return any goods to us please notify us by email info@fortywinkz.co.uk Upon satisfactory return of the goods we will issue a refund of the purchase price.
For all returns we recommend you use registered post as we cannot be responsible for items lost prior to delivery to us where unrecorded delivery methods have been used. Please retain your proof of postage.

Duvet and pillow care
We would advise that upon receipt of your new duvet or pillow, you remove it from the packaging, shake it out and leave for 24 hours to allow it to come to room temperature and for all the air pockets to fill so you can enjoy your product at it's best! |
